About the role
As an Operation admin, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the installation of worktops, managing communication between internal staff and customers, and ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with internal staff and customers to coordinate and facilitate the installation of tops.
- Schedule and follow up on measurement and installation appointments with relevant team members and customers.
- Communicate fabrication timelines and arrange schedules with the production team.
- Provide timely updates and coordinate with sales representatives and production regarding rectifications or customer complaints.
- Prepare and issue invoices upon receiving confirmed orders from the sales team.
- Create and issue formal drawings based on measurement drafts provided by the measurement team.
- Ensure clear communication with customers throughout the process, from scheduling to completion.
- Track progress closely and follow up on all installations and measurements to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.
