ABOUT THE ROLE

To support the service of Air Products by organizing with airlines for rates and other administrations. To support Tender Desk and Air CS Team by providing buy rates, and to foster professional relationships with Air Carriers

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO D

Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role

• Coordination of airlines allocation, scheme rates and related administration

• In charge for procuring rates and providing to Tender Desk and Air CS Team

• Upkeep and maintain market rates to ensure up to date rates

• Carrier relationship management

• Carrier’s performance monitoring and reporting

• Provide market insights of current buy rates for various carrier

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma/Degree preferred

• Able to plan strategically and organization of buying rates and airline capacity

• Able to work under pressure and dealing with tight deadlines

• Profound ability to work with internal stakeholders

• Positive, honest, and open in working with all departments
