Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Planning

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for Blissful Brides, BOWS, and other company projects when required.

  • Plan campaign directions, content angles, promotional mechanics, and marketing timelines for events, digital platforms, and social media.

  • Assist in developing the overall style, theme, positioning, and concept for BOWS and related wedding campaigns.

  • Provide marketing ideas and strategic input for event growth, audience engagement, exhibitor promotion, and customer acquisition.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, wedding industry trends, content trends, and social media formats to keep campaigns relevant and effective.

Social Media Management

  • Plan and manage social media content calendars for Blissful Brides, BOWS, and other assigned brands.

  • Develop social media post ideas, captions, campaign hooks, content themes, and posting schedules.

  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, videographers, and photographers to produce social media visuals, reels, videos, and campaign assets.

  • Post and manage content across relevant social media platforms.

  • Review social media performance and suggest improvements to increase reach, engagement, registrations, and conversions.

  • Ensure all social media content is aligned with the brand tone, event messaging, and campaign objectives.

Event Marketing & Concept Development

  • Support the planning and marketing execution of BOWS and other company events.

  • Assist in developing event concepts, themes, visitor experiences, sponsor activations, promotional activities, and on-site engagement ideas.

  • Work closely with the event team to ensure marketing deliverables are aligned with event operations and timelines.

  • Support event execution during show days, including on-site coordination, content capture, vendor support, visitor engagement, and marketing-related tasks.

  • Assist in planning event programmes, stage activities, promotional mechanics, lucky draws, visitor rewards, and campaign highlights.

Website, Landing Page & Digital Copywriting

  • Write and refine website copy, landing page copy, registration page copy, promotional text, article introductions, call-to-actions, and event-related content.

  • Work with web developers to plan landing page structure, user flow, registration forms, lead capture functions, and event-related website features.

  • Coordinate with designers on landing page layout, campaign visuals, banners, posters, digital ads, and other creative assets.

  • Ensure website and landing page content is clear, persuasive, SEO-friendly, and aligned with campaign objectives.

  • Review website content regularly and suggest updates to improve clarity, user experience, and conversion rates.

Content, Articles & Editorial Coordination

  • Vet articles and marketing content to ensure quality, accuracy, readability, SEO value, and brand alignment.

  • Work with freelance writers by providing article topics, content direction, outlines, key points, SEO angles, and editorial feedback.

  • Plan content topics for wedding-related articles, vendor features, planning guides, promotional content, and campaign-related editorial pieces.

  • Ensure articles and editorial content support the wider marketing, SEO, and brand-building strategy.

Creative & Production Coordination

  • Work with designers to develop posters, social media visuals, event printing materials, brochures, banners, signages, EDM visuals, landing page designs, and other marketing assets.

  • Prepare clear creative briefs for designers, videographers, content creators, web developers, and freelance writers.

  • Work with videographers and content creators to plan video concepts, reel ideas, storylines, interview angles, event coverage, and promotional content.

  • Review creative work and provide feedback to ensure the final output matches the campaign direction and brand image.

  • Coordinate deadlines for design, print, video, copywriting, web updates, and campaign launches.

Campaign Execution & Performance

  • Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns for event registrations, vendor promotions, audience engagement, and brand awareness.

  • Support EDM, SMS, social media, website, and paid ad campaign planning when required.

  • Track campaign performance such as registrations, website traffic, social media engagement, content reach, and lead generation.

  • Prepare simple reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.

  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates from social media, landing pages, RSVP forms, and event campaigns.

Partnership, Vendor & Internal Coordination

  • Work with internal teams, exhibitors, partners, sponsors, freelancers, and external vendors to collect information, marketing materials, logos, copy, images, and campaign requirements.

  • Ensure partner and sponsor deliverables are properly reflected across marketing materials, websites, social media, and event collaterals.

  • Coordinate with exhibitors and vendors when marketing support, content collection, or campaign information is needed.

  • Support cross-brand projects and assist in other company marketing or event-related tasks when required.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, event marketing, brand marketing, or a related role.

  • Experience in event marketing, lifestyle marketing, wedding, media, publishing, or consumer-facing campaigns will be an advantage.

  • Strong copywriting skills for social media, websites, landing pages, EDMs, articles, posters, and campaign materials.

  • Good understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and content trends.

  • Able to plan content calendars, campaign timelines, marketing deliverables, and event-related promotional schedules.

  • Experience working with designers, web developers, writers, videographers, content creators, or freelancers.

  • Good eye for design, branding, layout, and visual storytelling.

  • Able to give clear creative direction and feedback to designers and content teams.

  • Comfortable with website content planning, landing page structure, registration forms, and user journey planning.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects at the same time.

  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on execution.

  • Good communication skills and able to coordinate with internal teams, partners, sponsors, vendors, and freelancers.

  • Willing to support on-site event execution when required, including weekends during event periods.


Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimisation.

  • Basic understanding of paid ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or campaign performance metrics.

  • Experience with WordPress, CMS platforms, landing page builders, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, or project management tools.

  • Experience in planning event campaigns, RSVP campaigns, lead generation campaigns, or consumer promotions.

  • Ability to understand both business objectives and creative execution.

• ⁃ Basic photo, video, or reel content planning experience will be an advantage.
