1. QC Clerk (Production) Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm /Up to $2,800 @Joo Koon

• Handling quality documents, test reports, and data entry.

• Assisting technicians in auditing products or raw materials.

• Supporting quality control activities in production areas

2. Purchaser /Up to $3,500 @Woodlands

• Create, maintain and process purchase order

• Planning & liaising and follow-up with vendors for shipment/delivery schedule

• Manage supplier performances, and recommend quality improvement measures.

• Prepare material plan, sourcing for suppliers and perform supplier analysis and negotiations.

• Liaison with suppliers on production capacities, readiness and material supply.

• Generate forecast and inventory reports, and implement cost reduction activities.

• Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience. Ability to cope with high volume of paperworks.

3. Sales Clerk (Marine Valve) /$2,000 - $3,000 @Joo Koon

• Attend inquiries, quotations & taking orders including fulfilling the customer's order requirements.

• Organize sales presentations and ensure presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.

• Contact customers to inform on the procedural and to understand their level of satisfaction.

• Monitor active purchase orders and ensure orders are completed on time.

• Report inventory or service issues to management or Sales Manager immediately

• Provide advice and assistance to customers with regard to technical issues.
