12-Month Contract (Extendable)

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday (Office Hours / Shift schedule depending on assigned role)

Salary Guide:
• A Levels (No Experience): From $2,000/month
• Diploma (No Experience): $2,300 – $2,600/month
• Degree (No Experience): $3,000 – $3,300/month
• Candidates with relevant experience will be offered based on last drawn salary and years of experience

Job Scope:

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, live chat, email, or face-to-face channels

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly

• Update customer records and ensure accurate documentation

• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting service quality standards

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A Levels / Diploma / Degree holders are welcome

• Customer service, contact centre, or frontline experience is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable interacting with customers through various communication channels

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
