1. HVAC Engineer /Up to $6,000 @Tuas

• Design dust collection, ventilation& fume extraction systems (layout, ducting, hood design, filter sizing)

• On site assessments for factories in PPE, taking measurements and identifying constraints.

• Equipment sizing, and prepare technical proposals, BOMs, and quotations.

• Coordinate with workshop on fabrication and with subcontractors on installation.

• Supervise installation, commissioning, and air balancing on customer sites

• Troubleshoot performance issues post-handover and recommend corrective actions.

• At least 3 years in MEP, ACMV, HVAC, ductwork, ventilation, industrial process equipment.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, P&ID, isometric piping, electrical schematics.

• Background in HVAC commissioning, air balancing, or testing background.

  
  

2. Sales Engineer (Air Filter Filtration) /Up to $6,000 @Tuas

• Manage and existing/grow accounts focusing in manufacturing and process industries.

• Develop new accounts through outbound outreach, site visits and referrals.

• Conduct site assessments to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.

• Prepare quotations & technical proposals, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of pipeline, customer interactions and forecasts.

• Diplome/Degree with 3 years sales experience in industrial equipment/M&E/Engineering services.

• Ability to generate own leads with experience selling to aerospace/pharma/semicon/OG

3. Project Officer (Elevator) /$2,500 - $4,000 @Toh Guan

• Oversee operations of assigned projects, and organize and execute work assignments.

• Perform corrective actions for non-conformance, and review outgoing correspondence.

• Coordinate with departments for equipment delivery schedules, part shortages or defective parts.

• Review and verify Purchase Requisition and support design & implement of new work instructions.

• Ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of tools and instruments used by installers.

• Review and updating of Installation Manuals, as well as in the preparation of Installation Check Records.

• Distribution of installation drawings, ICR and QADL with subcontractors and supervisors.

• Conducting regular safety patrols and meetings with supervisors and subcontractors.

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering preferably with 3 years relevant experience.
