The Role
As an Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment performance and maximizing tool availability to support manufacturing operations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Execute equipment maintenance activities to ensure optimal tool readiness and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and productivity.
• Analyze equipment performance, technical data, and maintenance trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead or participate in equipment improvement initiatives and engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain proper care of tools, equipment, and company assets.
• Support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) requirements and promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering projects and operational improvements.

The Talent

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Equipment Engineering within the semiconductor, wafer fabrication, electronics, or electrical manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Willing to work on Normal or Swing Shift.
