Responsibilities
To ensure all function rooms are well set up in accordance to Banquet Event Order.
Responsible for smooth operations of the events and achieve high level of guests satisfaction.
Supervise and ensure cleanliness of the area including back areas.
Co-ordinate & organize with Banquet Operations Manager for all secured banquet functions and all logistic matters.
To feedback on complaints made by guests with immediate action and by using initiative.
Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served.
Greet and usher guests in a courteous manner and be attentive at all times.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, team player and a passionate individual with a cheerful disposition
Willing to work on weekends, and public holidays
Possesses good multi-tasking skills
