Responsbilities
Manage the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory and company requirements;
Perform payroll verification, reconciliation, and processing to ensure correct salary payments;
Review, validate and process employee claims, including general, transport, overseas, and other approved reimbursement claims;
Liaise with internal stakeholders on payroll matters, employee enquiries, payroll system issues, and other related matters;
Assist in the preparation of payroll-related reports and month-end journal entries; and
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent;
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume payroll environment;
Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, income tax legislation, and payroll processes;
Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills;
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams; and
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
