About the role
Lead and manage day-to-day operational activities across military (MINDEF) and commercial projects, ensuring successful execution and service delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and resolving issues professionally.
Key responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and SOPs to ensure efficiency, compliance, and adherence to company and client requirements
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and operational success
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and support business growth across the military and commercial sectors
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, business opportunities, and improve company positioning and service offerings
Prepare and support proposals, tenders, presentations, sales pitches, and other business development materials
Monitor operational performance, prepare management reports, and recommend improvements to drive operational excellence
Ensure all operational documentation, records, and deliverables comply with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulatory standards, maintaining audit readiness at all times
Supervise, mentor, and support team members through recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development initiatives
Assist the General Manager in operational, marketing, and business development activities, and undertake ad-hoc assignments as required
