Job Summary:
Responsible for handling customer service and administration tasks, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and guide sales representatives to meet sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor competitors' sales activities and market trends.
Handle customer orders, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
Provide service support including enquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues.
Assist in administrative tasks (invoicing, purchase orders, filing, office support).
Liaise with logistics, finance, and sales teams for smooth operations.
Maintain CRM records and prepare reports.
Engage in cross-department and cross-group communication to align and achieve organizational objectives.

Provide administrative or logistics support during colleagues’ leave.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
≥3 years of customer service & sales experience.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
English proficiency; other languages preferred.
Microsoft Office, ERP, Sap,CRM proficiency.
CIT Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in Continuous Improvement Techniques (CIT)
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategies
