Customer Service Executive (Order Fulfillment) - #1165325

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and actively support sales activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide product information, quotations, and order status updates.

• Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics/warehouse for timely delivery.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer records and service history in the CRM system.

• Support the sales team by generating quotations, preparing proposals, and managing documentation.

• Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) / Sales Orders (SO) and arrange delivery.

• Arrange installation and demonstration of packaging and warehousing machines and equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Sales, or related field is a plus.

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales support preferred.

• Able to cope in a fast-paced working environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Independent and self-motivated, desire to acquire new knowledge, good initiative and with positive working attitude.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
