Summary:

• Basic $1600 + Attendance & Shift Allowance + OT

• Location: Marsiling

• Benefits: AWS & Bonus

1. Shift A : 5.5days, Mon - Fri (7am - 3pm), Sat (7am - 1pm)

2. Shift B : 5.5days, Mon - Fri (3pm - 11pm), Sat (1pm - 7pm)

3. Shift C : 5days, Mon - Fri (11pm - 7am)

Job Scope:

1. Operate injection molding machines, automation equipment, and perform mechanical assembly to produce medical components.

2. Monitor machine performance, inspect finished products, and identify defects to ensure quality standards are met.

3. Record production data, report equipment issues, and assist with basic machine cleaning, maintenance, and minor adjustments.

4. Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, GMP, cleanroom protocols, and workplace safety requirements, including proper PPE usage.

5. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
