Principal Architect - Agentic AI - #1164890

Brief Summary:
We are looking for a Senior/Principal Architect specializing in AI to guide clients in leveraging advanced AI solutions from conception to execution. This role demands a strategic vision and technical expertise to enhance AI adoption across various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design thinking sessions and co-innovation workshops to uncover AI opportunities across business areas.

• Collaborate with CxOs and senior technology leaders to develop AI transformation strategies and operational models for responsible AI use.

• Translate business needs into AI architecture, covering model lifecycle, agentic systems design, and cloud-based platforms.

• Develop AI infrastructure blueprints that balance cost and performance while ensuring resilience and security.

• Tailor AI solutions for different sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, retail, telecom, and public services.

• Establish frameworks for responsible AI practices, including model risk management and compliance with regulations.

• Represent the firm at advisory councils and public forums, showcasing insights on enterprise AI architecture.

• Mentor architects and engineers in the application of modern AI systems, including generative models and MLOps pipelines.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field preferred; executive education in strategy or innovation is an advantage.

• Minimum of 18 years in technology architecture, with over 3 years focused on AI-led transformation roles.

• Proven experience as an Enterprise/Principal Architect or similar senior advisory position in AI, cloud, or digital transformation.

• Mastery of various AI domains, including generative AI, agentic systems, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.

• Strong familiarity with AI infrastructure, including GPUs, data orchestration, and observability tools.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures for optimizing AI workloads.

• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for engaging both executive and technical stakeholders.

• Cross-industry consulting experience across at least three major sectors.
