Admin Assistant
We are a leading geotechnical engineering company specializing in ground improvement, foundation treatment, pile foundation engineering, land reclamation, and related engineering services. The company provides integrated solutions covering engineering survey, design, construction, and monitoring for infrastructure projects worldwide.
S$ 2,700 – 3,200 (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and external partners to support day-to-day operations.
Assist with travel arrangements, office services, prepare communications, documentation, and reports to ensure smooth cross- office coordination.
Maintain accurate records of business licenses, certifications, and qualifications, ensuring timely renewals.
Assist with research, preparation, and submission of government grant applications, track compliance and grant utilization for reporting and audits.
Plan and organize corporate events, meetings, workshops, and staff activities.
Manage all event logistics, including venue booking, catering, invitations, and vendor coordination, to ensure successful execution.
Support internal and external employer branding activities by working with HR and marketing teams.
Manage company branding materials, corporate gifts, and merchandise, and assist in campaigns that promote company values, culture, and employee engagement.
Assist in preparing the department budget and manage petty cash transactions with accurate record-keeping.
Prepare and process payments for vendors and services, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and coordination with the finance team.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Facility Management, Event Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in admin/office support roles: office operations, facility management, and event coordination
