Warehouse Assistant - Singapore

Department: Warehouse Operations

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor/Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Assistants to join our growing team in Singapore. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the timely fulfilment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Put-Away: Unload incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition of goods, and accurately store items in designated warehouse locations.

• Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to order specifications, ensuring correct quantities and items are included.

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, assist in cycle counting, and help identify and resolve any discrepancies.

• Warehouse Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations and procedures.

• Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods.

• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts (training will be provided if needed).

• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with fellow warehouse associates and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Compliance: Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Role requires performing physical tasks such as lifting and moving items up to 25kg

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong work ethic and commitment

• Commitment of 6 days

• Attentive to warehouse environment movement

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Punctual when reporting for work.

• Only Singaporeans and Singaporean Permanent Residents need apply
