Responsibilities:
100% Remote Working/Work from Home.
Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, leave management, and employee relations.
Perform administrative duties such as document management, record-keeping, and data entry.
Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to address HR-related queries.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
Must have reasonable HR qualification and experiences.
Must owned a working computer and must have decent Internet speed (speed test of minimum 20mbps) for work purposes.
