Job Summary

The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance, repair, servicing, and inspection of the company's fleet of vehicles and machinery. The role ensures maximum equipment availability, minimizes downtime, manages workshop operations, supervises technicians, controls maintenance costs, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Diploma in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Automotive Engineering
- Heavy Equipment Technology
- Technical or Vocational qualification in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering

Professional certifications are an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of fleet maintenance experience.
At least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience managing both vehicles and heavy machinery.
Experience in workshop operations.
