Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 6pm & Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of Convocation ceremonies, including logistics arrangements and on-site event support
Assist in the administration of awards, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders
Manage and respond to enquiries via email and phone professionally, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution
Provide general administrative and operational support to facilitate smooth day-to-day activities of the Registrar’s Office
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned to support operational requirements
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Prior experience in event operations and/or customer-facing roles will be advantageous
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working in a fast-paced including extended hours during peak event period
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and service-oriented approach
