We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR professional to partner with Nursing leaders in driving strategic HR initiatives that support workforce growth and organisational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions for the Nursing team, including recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle.

• Partner stakeholders on manpower planning, talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives.

• Provide HR advisory on policies, procedures and employment legislation.

• Ensure compliance with professional licensing and regulatory requirements.

• Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance workforce effectiveness.
