Job Summary:
Detail-oriented logistics professional to manage 3PL operations, shipments, and trade processes while ensuring efficient coordination with regional HQ.
Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations within the 3PL logistics centre to ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment processes accurately and efficiently
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain high accuracy across systems
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation, reports, and records
• Support import and export processes in compliance with trade regulations
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery
• Perform translation and interpretation between internal teams and HQ logistics stakeholders
• Execute additional logistics and operational tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain with 1 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations
• Experience in managing warehouse or logistics centre operations
• Hands-on experience in import/export and international trade operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; ERP/WMS system experience is an added advantage
• Relevant certifications in logistics, supply chain, or international trade
• Proficiency in English and Korean language for translating and liaising with Korean-speaking HQ logistics stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination
