• Position : Associate Director (Front Office Investment Banking | SGX | IPO Deal Execution)

• Location : Raffles Place

• Working hours : 5 days | Office Hours

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $20,000 Basic + 22 days Annual Leave + Up to $700 Festive Allowance per year + Mobile Claimable + Variable Bonus + Outpatient, Dental & Hospitalisation Insurance Coverage

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Banking & Financial Services – Investment Banking / Securities / Capital Markets

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead IPO, M&A and corporate finance transactions

• Handle deal execution, due diligence and documentation

• Liaise with clients, professionals and regulators

• Ensure MAS / SGX compliance requirements are met

• Support SGX Catalist continuing sponsorship work

• Supervise and mentor junior staff

Requirements:

• Atleast 8 years corporate finance advisory | investment banking experience

• IPO / SGX listing experience would be preferred

• Completed 2 or more listings will have an advantage
