About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting patients and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations at our retail outlet in Singapore General Hospital. This is a hands‑on position where compassion, precision, and customer service excellence come together.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with the fitting of mobility assistive devices such as braces.

• Provide outstanding service to walk‑in and phone enquiries.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is replenished.

• Handle cashier duties, including transactions and record‑keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or retail is an advantage but not required.
