• Receive and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, while providing necessary assistance and refreshments

• Act as the first point of contact at the reception area, creating a positive start to the customer journey

• Coordinate and guide customers to the appropriate sales personnel

• Ensure the showroom and customer areas remain tidy, professional, and inviting at all times

• Assist in organizing and supporting promotional activities and customer experience initiatives

Requirements

• 3 years of customer service, retail or beauty industry

• Excellent communication skills

• Able to communicate with Chinese customers from Taiwan and China

• Singaporean only

• Able to commit 1 year contract

• 5 or 6 days including both weekends, Office hours
