• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,500 Basic + Mobile Provided + 14 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus + Meals Provided + Medical & Group Insurance

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide casework and counselling to residents.

• Assess needs and risks; implement Individual Care Plans (ICP).

• Work with families and external partners (schools, agencies, medical).

• Run group sessions, life-skills programmes, and coordinate external activities.

• Monitor progress, document cases, and prepare reports as required.

Requirements:

• Atleast 3 years of casework or social work experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Passionate about supporting vulnerable youth.
