Maintenance Technician (F&B Equipment) - #1164058

• Position: Technician

• Location: Bedok

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Alternate Saturday (9am - 1pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: F&B

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of F&B equipment and facilities

• Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment, including dishwashing machines, refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, ovens, fryers, steamers, induction cookers, and exhaust systems

• Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and refrigeration issues

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests

• Install, test, and commission new equipment and machinery when required

• Maintain outlet facilities, including lighting, water supply systems, doors, locks, and other building fixtures

• Keep maintenance records, service reports, and spare parts inventory up to date

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or technician support
