About the role

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of projects in the power quality, energy storage, and renewable energy sector, ensuring successful delivery in terms of safety, quality, cost, and timeline.

The role also covers commercial performance, client management, and business development, contributing to overall project profitability and company growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and implementation strategy

• Manage project delivery from design review to site execution, ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and quality standards

• Act as main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

• Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery

• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and milestones, and report updates to management

• Manage project cost control, claims, variation orders, and overall profitability

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality procedures, and statutory requirements

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support value engineering and scope optimisation

• Identify new business opportunities and support tendering and proposal activities

• Provide commercial and technical inputs to support business growth and project competitiveness

Requirement:

• Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience

• Experience in power systems, energy storage, or related industries

• Strong project management, commercial, and stakeholder engagement skills
