Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Sodick and AgieCharmilles EDM Sinker machines for precision mold fabrication

• Perform machining of mold chases, inserts, pocket geometries, and complex features according to engineering specifications

• Conduct in-process inspection using precision measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish requirements

• Adjust machining parameters and optimize EDM processes to achieve high-quality production standards

• Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure proper housekeeping of equipment and work area

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in precision EDM machining, mold fabrication, or tool & die making environment

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T specifications, and technical documents accurately

• Familiar with Sodick or AgieCharmilles EDM machines and precision tooling systems such as System 3R or Erowa

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer applications

• Able to communicate effectively in English and handle materials/components required for daily operations
