The Role: What You’ll Do
As a Community Partnership Executive, you are a storyteller and a relationship builder. You will lead the charge in securing the resources necessary to fuel Metta’s diverse programs. Your mission is to identify strategic funding opportunities, execute high-impact digital and physical campaigns, and cultivate long-term "heart-work" partnerships with donors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Fundraising & Lead Generation
Identify, pitch, and secure new corporate sponsors, foundations, and high-net-worth donors
Develop compelling sponsorship decks, grant proposals, and tailored presentations aligned with donor CSR goals
Stay updated on fundraising trends and relevant grant schemes (e.g. Tote Board, Bicentennial Fund)
2. Campaign & Event Management
lan and execute fundraising events (e.g. charity walks, galas) and digital campaigns (Giving.sg, Give.asia)
Manage end-to-end logistics including vendors, volunteers, and internal stakeholders
Track campaign performance and ensure targets and ROI are achieved
3. Donor Stewardship & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong donor relationships through regular engagement and impact reporting
Manage donor database (CRM), including tracking contributions and ensuring compliance (e.g. PDPA)
Prepare donor communications such as newsletters, reports, and appreciation materials
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising, corporate sales, or account management
Proven track record in meeting sales or fundraising targets is highly preferred
Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems or fundraising platforms is an advantage
You are someone who:
Has a strong “hunter” mindset to drive new partnerships, balanced with a “farmer” mindset to nurture relationships
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects effectively
Is passionate about social causes and confident representing the organisation externally
