Job Purpose
Responsible for the mechanical assembly, debugging, cleaning, automation and other equipment, ensure the correct assembly of mechanical structure and ensure the quality.
Responsibilities
Abide by the labor discipline of the company and the workshop, stick to the position, work actively, and effectively complete the task
According to drawings and process requirements, the mechanical structure cleaning and automation equipment and the whole machine assembly
Assemble the components and the whole machine in strict accordance with the mechanical design drawings, and test and debug the equipment with testing instruments to ensure that the parameters meet the standard requirements
Strictly implement the relevant regulations of mechanical operation safety
Assist the function debugging, adjustment and debugging of the equipment to ensure that the standard quality requirements are met
On-site safety hazard investigation and rectification, as well as 5S related work
Other work tasks assigned by the leader
Requirements
High school, secondary vocational, or higher education level in mechanical engineering, automation, mechatronics, or a related field.
More than five years of practical experience in mechanical assembly position
Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or workshop environment is required.
Experience in assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery is preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of workplace safety regulations, mechanical safety procedures, and industry standards.
Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, dimensional tolerances, and technical specifications.
Ability to assemble, install, and align mechanical components and industrial machinery.
Ability to use common workshop equipment, measuring instruments, and hand tools.
Skilled in communicating technical information clearly to team members and supervisors.
Strong skills in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving mechanical issues in industrial equipment.
Sincere, dare to take responsibility, active worker.
Able to actively cooperate with other departments, have team spirit and responsibility.
