1. Coordinator (Auto Parts) /Up to $3,500 @Jurong East

• Manage customers & sales support for assigned markets including quotations, taking orders etc.

• Manage all correspondence implementing the given communication and information systems.

• Preparing quotatons and control margins and controlling the sales performance of the accounts.

• Administrate and update of all databases and the filing system.

• Control of order processing including backorders, procurement, and disposition.

• Responsible for the prompt return of all customer and market information.

• Creation of sales related evaluations in accordance with sales manager/analyse markets/market trends.

• Assist in implementing marketing instruments in consultation with marketing department.

• Supporting of business trip and participation in projects and documentation.

• Training of new sales coordinators & participation in training programs.
  

2. Color Coordinator (Multimedia/Graphic)/Up to $3,500 @Pandan Road

• Customized architectural color and design proposals for residential/commercial buildings.

• Create & design brochures, product booklets, catalogues, annual calendars, event materials etc.

• Manage social media content i.e Facebook, Instagram, includes visuals, captions, stories, reels.

• Presentation decks for internal meetings, external clients, overseas offices, and HQ Japan.

• Coordinate color proposals with sales teams, site visits, colors eviews, and client-facing presentations.

• Support marketing campaigns by designing ad creatives, landing page visuals, and promotional assets.

• Planning internal/external events, including Appreciation Night/Learning Journeys/product launches.

• Ensure brand consistency & handle video editing for events/product highlight/communications.

• Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedi. Fresh grad welcome.

• Must proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
