About the role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development & Account Executive who can wear two hats: generating new business and managing existing client relationships. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to enterprise clients, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
You will help grow our client base while ensuring existing accounts receive excellent service and support — making this a great career launchpad if you want breadth and depth in your early career.
Key responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients and business partners through outbound prospecting
Support lead generation, outreach campaigns, and sales pipeline management
Coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up communications
Assist in preparing tailored proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to surface new opportunities
Support day-to-day communication with existing clients and stakeholders
Coordinate client onboarding, project timelines, meetings, and follow-ups
Build and maintain positive, lasting client relationships
Gather client feedback and surface opportunities to grow or strengthen accounts
Maintain accurate CRM records and account activity logs
What We Are Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, HR, or related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome — we build talent from the ground up
Excellent spoken and written English — essential for client-facing work at all levels
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented and organised — able to manage multiple client touchpoints simultaneously
Proactive and self-driven, with a genuine interest in clients’ success
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup with shifting priorities
Prior internship in sales, customer service, account management, or consulting is a plus
Familiarity with CRM or project coordination tools is advantageous
Interest in SaaS, HR technology, or workforce development is a bonus
