Engineer (Manufacturing) - #1163376

Responsibilities

• Support engineering, production, and/or quality operations in a manufacturing environment.

• Analyze production and quality data to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.

• Participate in process improvement, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist in troubleshooting technical and operational issues on the production floor.

• Support new product introduction (NPI), process setup, and validation activities.

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and performance analysis.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related fields).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Exposure to manufacturing, quality, or data analysis is an advantage.

• Able to perform under a cleanroom environment.
