System Project Manager (MS Dynamics) - #1162261

Oversee IT projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery of outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan, and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while proactively engaging stakeholders to meet expectations

• Govern project scope changes and escalate impacts on timelines or budgets to the Project Steering Board in a timely manner

• Conduct solution analysis including procurement, product evaluation, and fit-gap analysis to ensure alignment with business requirements and obtain necessary approvals

• Apply industry best practices in project management methodologies to deliver high-quality outcomes

• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

• Track project milestones closely, ensuring timely completion, and support invoice processing and payment tracking

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards

• Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution and alignment

• Act as a key liaison with the Project Steering Board and Project Working Group, providing regular updates on project performance and risks

• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating where necessary

Requirement/skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project delivery, including procurement and vendor management

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within digital services or healthcare environments

• Professional certifications such as CITPM, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are preferred

• ITIL certification and experience in project management frameworks (PMP, CITPM, Agile/Scrum) are advantageous

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders

• Hands-on experience with systems such as Integrated Electronic Medical Records (EMR), e-Billing systems, Automated rostering and scheduling systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365
