Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Singapore market.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and direct client engagement.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.

  • Understand client requirements and position tailored solutions to address their IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity needs.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer experience and providing post-sales support.

3. Market Analysis & Strategic Insights

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of the Singapore IT and security market, identifying trends, opportunities, and customer demands.

  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to drive solution development and explore opportunities in Data and AI.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to maintain competitive positioning.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Work with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials for the Singapore market.

5. Sales Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, focusing on systems, network infrastructure, or cybersecurity solutions.

  • Exposure to Data and AI technologies is a strong advantage.

Sales Acumen

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive B2B environment.

  • Ability to build trust and credibility with clients and close complex solution-based sales.

Industry Knowledge

  • Preferably with understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity products, and current trends in the Singapore market.

Communication & Negotiation

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to influence and engage with senior-level decision-makers.

Client Focus

  • Deep understanding of client pain points with the ability to propose solutions that meet both

  • technical and business needs
