Senior Executive, Occupational Safety & Compliance - #1162176

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Occupational Safety & Compliance Executive to join our dynamic team!

Job Role:

To undertake the following duties with focus on Road Safety initiatives & Awards for P2P drivers:

1) Regulatory Compliance & Audits for workplace safety including for platform workers

2) Develop & execute Safety Training & Competency programs for staff & P2P drivers

3) To prepare write-up to achieve National Awards for P2P drivers e.g. PTSSA & SRSA

4) Maintain and review of WSH Management System documentation for ISO45001 & BizSafe Star

5) Incident Reporting & Investigation in compliance to WSH (WICA Safety reporting)

6) Monthly report and Compliance Meeting with Management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualifications

• Relevant Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) certifications

• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and bizSAFE STAR frameworks

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the mobility and consumer transportation industry
