Retail Store Supervisor - #1162139

Job Responsibilities

1. Execute all daily store operations strictly according to instructions from headquarters, including store opening/closing, cash handling, and shift scheduling.

2. Supervise store staff to ensure full compliance with company policies, brand standards, and operational procedures issued by headquarters.

3. Ensure complete and accurate implementation of headquarters-directed marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.

4. Oversee inventory routines (receiving, replenishment, cycle counts, loss prevention) as per headquarters’ guidelines.

5. Train and coach staff on standard operating procedures; monitor performance to ensure execution consistency.

6. Report execution status, operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and staff feedback to headquarters in a timely manner.

7. Escalate customer complaints or unresolved incidents to headquarters; do not make independent operational decisions.

8. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising based on headquarters’ directives.
   

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of 1 year of retail supervisory experience or 2 years as a senior sales associate, preferably in art-toy or IP merchandise.

2. Must be a Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

3. Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and committed to following instructions without deviation.

4. Strong execution and supervision skills.

5. Passion for gaming, anime, or pop culture is an important plus.

6. Willingness to work retail hours (weekends, public holidays) and provide accurate daily reports to headquarters.
