About the role

You will be working side-by-side with the team to ensure the success of a project – from its initiation to design phase to construction and to completion. The projects are many and varied, including variations in project dollar value and complexity. You will be exposed to Fit-outs & Refurbishments for both Tenants and Landlords in Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Hospitality and Education. Several projects are on-going at various stages hence you will have to coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure no downtime during works. Delivering projects within the established budgets and timelines is the key.

Key responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with the team to ensure the success of a project from initiation to design phase to construction and completion

• Coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure no downtime during works

• Prepare project specifications and project timeline

• Prepare tender or bid documents and vendor procurement

• Submit weekly project reports and updates to stakeholders

• Deliver projects within the established budgets and timelines

• Survey a client's basic needs and complete commercial assessments

• Prepare PM proposals

• Carry out value engineering, build ability analysis, and critical reviews of design and documentation

• Lead and motivate project team members

About you

• Prior experience in Project Management in a consultancy environment, or as a Consultant or Contractor

• Around three to ten years' experience in design, construction, project management in interior fit-out projects for multinational clients

• Degree in a relevant field

• Strong background in all aspects of interior fit-out management including management on schedule, quality, cost and risk management, and negotiation

• Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders

• Driven to succeed and love achieving challenging goals

• Bring a structured and organised approach to everything you do

• Thrive under pressure and deal effectively with tight deadlines and high expectations

• High level of understanding and technical expertise in business

• Tech-savvy with knowledge of project products, systems, processes, tools and best practices
