Job description:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing friendly and attentive service, including greetings.

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual aesthetics in accordance with the company’s standards.

• Handle customer enquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.

• Address any issues promptly and professionally.

• Ensure that all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Stay updated on our products, IPs, and promotional activities.

• Actively promote the company’s events, from in-store promotions to large-scale events.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.

• Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and basic stocktaking tasks.

• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager or the company.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least a tertiary education qualification in any field.

• Retail experience, particularly in anime and gaming merchandise, is preferred.

• Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills, a positive working attitude, and professionalism.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Experience in using POS systems is advantageous.

Working Schedule:

• Sunday to Thursday: Shift: 11:15 AM – 8:15 PM

• Friday to Saturday and Public Holidays: Shift: 11:15 AM – 9:15 PM

• Break: 1 hour

• Employment Type: Full-time, 5 days per week

• Availability: Must be able to work on weekends, public holidays, during events, and overtime if required
