Job Description

• Manage daily operations of the meat counter to achieve sales and profitability targets.

• Prepare and handle meat products according to food safety standards.

• Ensure proper product display, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.

• Provide good customer service and product recommendations.
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in meat or fresh food retail.

• Knowledge of meat preparation and food safety practices.

• Able to read product labels and follow safety procedures.

• Service-oriented and a good team player.

• Physically fit to carry up to 10kg and perform stock replenishment duties.

• Able to work 6 days per week.

• Candidates with less experience may be considered.
