Join Allied MFG, a SG-based specialist in Precision sheet-metal fabrication since 2008, delivering high-quality steel products across Automation, Semiconductor, Power & Energy and other key sectors.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and control our Sales Staff in
the Export Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and
executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, expanding our global network,
and generating new leads. The Sales Manager will align with the company's direction
and contribute to the growth and success of our export business. This is a New
Division.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for Sales Target meet, obtaining Leads to progress a profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
Manage the sales team members to ensure it’s Sales Mission is a line with Company Direction, Ability and Capacity.
Responsible for managing the sales team with Marketing tools, developing a business plan covering sales, PowerPoint Presentation slide ,revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence Globally.
Development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each Customers (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force.
Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines set by the Company.
Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings. Plan and implement a specific appraisal system with KIP for individual Sales Members.
Personally observe the performance of individual sales person in their performance through teaching sale technic on a regular basis.
Creating new contacts and develops new businesses Beneficial for the Company.
Fully responsible for Sale Team Trade accounts receivable for customers ensuring zero bad debts.
Approve individual Sale Costing against BOM Target set controlling expenditure against Sale amount.
Submit monthly sales forecast against actual performance report timely.
Submit Sales Purchase Budget for Special Projects amount larger than expect.
Execute jobs assign by General Manager.
Other ad-hoc sales or marketing assignment as assigned by Superior.
Requirements:

3-5 years experience in either Electronic Equipment Manufacturing, Clean Energy, AI business Sector development.
Minimum Qualification Business or Marketing Diploma
Ability to handle Sales Staff under your care
Understand Product Costing against Sales Impact.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
Excellent time management, prioritisation skills and self-independent at work.
5 days work week and able to complete daily priority work within the day.
Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore.
