Senior Processing Officer - #1162012

Working Hours / Location

• Work Pattern: 4 days work, 2 days off

• Working Hours: 9am to 6.30pm & 12.30pm to 10pm

• Location: Midview City

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily processing operations and ensure smooth shift execution

• Oversee Processing Officers (POs), ensuring proper task allocation and adequate manpower coverage

• Ensure accurate encoding and processing of applications in compliance with SOPs

• Conduct spot checks and audits to maintain work quality and compliance standards

• Train and guide new hires on system usage, processes, and operational requirements

• Manage shift handover and takeover, ensuring proper accountability of controlled items

• Submit daily operational and reconciliation reports to Management

• Ensure adherence to Authority and site operational guidelines

• Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Minimum GCE O Level qualification

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience

• Prior experience in operations, processing, or similar supervisory roles preferred

• Ability to manage shift-based operations and coordinate team deployment effectively

• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
