DESCRIPTION OF ROLE

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in supporting the creative team by adapting and executing a variety of design projects for 7-Eleven Singapore. This role is ideal for a budding designer who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with our commercial, marketing, and external creative agency partners to ensure our visual assets are engaging, on-brand, and effectively communicate our messages to our customers.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Collaborate with the creative team to adapt and develop visual assets for various marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store communications.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial and Marketing, to understand project briefs and translate them into effective and impactful design solutions.

· Ensure all designs adhere strictly to 7-Eleven brand guidelines, acting as a brand gatekeeper to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.

· Assist in the production and preparation of high-quality working files for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and readiness for various platforms.

· Contribute to the design and adaptation of a diverse range of materials, including but not limited to: in-store signage, digital advertising (social media, web banners), promotional flyers, merchandise visuals, and internal communications.

· Coordinate with external production resources and creative agencies as needed to ensure optimal delivery of creative materials according to proposed designs.

· Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh perspectives and creative ideas to the table.

· Conduct quality checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.

· Undertake any other design-related responsibilities or tasks as assigned by the Creative Lead or Marketing Manager.


KEY REQUIREMENTS:

· A Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

· Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

· A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work, including examples of adaptation, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

· Have a strong grasp of current digital mediums from social, digital display and .com platforms.

· Experience in ATL/BTL promotional/tactical design work and good knowledge in Print Production & Colour Management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact with various stakeholders.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under tight deadlines.

· Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the design field.

· Experience in a retail or FMCG environment is a plus but not essential.
