Responsibilities

• Assist in the integration, implementation, and support of Cisco network solutions, including technologies such as ACI, ISE, WLC, ClearPass, and enterprise WiFi.

• Perform installation, configuration, upgrade, or removal of network hardware and software following established procedures and installation guidelines.

• Execute testing procedures to validate network stability, performance, and functionality of implemented solutions.

• Perform system and integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and document results according to established processes.

• Provide technical support for network infrastructure, assisting in resolving incidents and service requests.

• Follow and contribute to installation procedures, operational standards, and documentation for network deployments.

• Configure network devices and systems, assist with integration testing, and document any issues or failures identified during testing.

• Participate in network troubleshooting and problem resolution, working with internal teams and vendors when necessary.

• Provide technical assistance to internal teams and users related to Cisco networking technologies, including ACI-related operations and troubleshooting.

• Continuously develop technical knowledge and stay updated on Cisco networking technologies, particularly in ACI and software-defined networking (SDN).

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or related discipline.

• Must have CCNP Certification

• Experience in WLC, ISE, DNAC, ClearPass, Wireless AP/switches
  Network specialization skillset in Routing & Switching, Wireless AP/Switches , ACI
