Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies specifically focused on attracting operators, technicians, and engineers. Utilize a mix of job boards, social media platforms, industry networks, and recruitment agencies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Work directly with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements for roles across Silith’s operations and engineering teams. Ensure recruitment efforts align with department needs and company goals.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering roles to qualified candidates. Ensure a smooth process for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a seamless interview process. Ensure that candidates are well-informed and feel supported throughout their journey.
Help promote Silith Technology as an employer of choice, focusing on the unique benefits of working with a pioneering company in the semiconductor field.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are successfully integrated into Silith’s culture and operational teams.
Maintain up-to-date records of recruitment activities, ensuring accurate tracking of candidates, interview processes, and recruitment outcomes. Provide regular reports to HR leadership on recruitment metrics and progress.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on hiring for technical roles, including operators, technicians, and engineers.
In-depth knowledge of recruiting for engineering, technical, and manufacturing roles.
Strong experience in sourcing and assessing candidates with specialized technical skills in areas such as mechanical, electrical, automation, or other engineering disciplines.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and engage with candidates.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while ensuring timely results.
