About the role

This is a contract position based in the Kaki Bukit East Region, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisational operations and employee experience. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, serving as a trusted advisor to management and employees alike. This position is instrumental in driving HR strategy implementation and ensuring operational excellence across all HR disciplines.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions:

1. Providing country-level HR operational execution, including compliance and hands-on management of the end-to-end employee lifecycle

2. To manage day-to-day engagement, issue resolution, managing employee relations matters

3. Provides on-the-ground readiness for cross-country HR support and development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and guidelines that align with organisational objectives

4. Providing strategic HR advice and guidance to managers and senior leadership on people-related matters

5. Supporting HR initiatives/projects

What we're looking for

To succeed in this Senior HR Generalist position, you should possess:

1. Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial exposure to HR generalist/HRBP functions

2. Proven expertise across multiple HR disciplines including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance

3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

4. Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to provide pragmatic solutions to complex HR challenges

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

6. Able to commence work within a short notice
