JLM Cuisine Pte Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Service Crew, Supervisors, and Managers to join our team in the Punggol North-East Region. This is a part-time opportunity that welcomes Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, and Work Permit holders. Whether you are starting your career in hospitality or looking to progress into a supervisory or management position, we have opportunities at multiple levels to suit your experience and ambitions. Key responsibilities

The specific responsibilities will vary depending on the level of position (Service Crew, Supervisor, or Manager):

1. Providing friendly and efficient customer service to all guests, taking orders and attending to their needs promptly

2. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the service area and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

3. Processing transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handling cash or card payments

4. Preparing and presenting food and beverages according to company standards and recipes

5. For Supervisory roles: Overseeing service crew performance, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and providing on-the-job coaching and support

6. For Supervisory roles: Assisting with staff scheduling, inventory management, and basic administrative tasks

7. For Management roles: Leading and motivating the team to achieve service excellence and operational targets

8. For Management roles: Managing budgets, staffing levels, and performance metrics to ensure profitability and efficiency

9. For Management roles: Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

What we're looking for

1. Customer-focused attitude with a genuine passion for delivering excellent service

2. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team

4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks

5. Reliability and commitment to maintaining punctuality and consistent attendance

6. Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is advantageous but not essential for entry-level Service Crew positions

7. For Supervisor positions: Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity, with proven ability to motivate and guide team members

8. For Supervisor positions: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing operations

9. For Manager positions: Several years of proven experience in a management role within the food service or retail industry

10. For Manager positions: Strong business acumen, including experience in budget management, staff recruitment and development, and performance analysis

11. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required

12. Singaporean citizens, Permanent Residents, and Work Permit holders are all welcome to apply
