Job Summary:
The Admin Executive (Product Development) provides vital administrative support to the Product Development team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role is responsible for managing product documentation, regulatory compliance, and sample tracking, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document product requirements. The executive also oversees the order process, including purchase orders and proforma invoices, and handles various administrative tasks to support the team’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and manage product-related files to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.
Ensure all regulatory and compliance documents are up to date.
Manage samples, including tracking, organizing, and dispatching.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product Development) and external teams (suppliers and other departments) to gather and document product requirements for listings and images.
Execute the order process, including sending purchase orders (POs), checking proforma invoices (PIs), and ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Assist with ad hoc administrative duties, such as coordinating meetings, requesting office supplies, and processing equipment applications.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
Fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively with China-based suppliers.
