M&E Drafter (BIM) - #1160966

Our esteemed client in the M&E Engineering industry is seeking a M&E Drafter / BIM Modeller to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent

• Position: M&E Drafter / BIM Modeller

• Location: Northeast (Nearest MRT: Punggol Coast)

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

• Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update M&E drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit

• Assist in BIM modelling for building services (sanitary, plumbing, gas systems)

• Support engineers in developing design drawings based on instructions

• Assist in preparing drawings for authority submission (PUB, City Gas, Sewerage, etc.)

• Coordinate with engineers and team members on drawing updates and revisions

• Assist in documentation and basic project coordination work

• Participate in site visits if required.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in M&E drafting / BIM modelling (consultancy experience preferred)

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

• Good understanding of M&E design principles and building services systems, and knowledgeable of local Singapore codes and regulations

• Hands-on experience with authority submissions (PUB, City Gas, etc.) preferred.

• Ability to perform engineering calculations would be an added advantage.

• Experience using E-Corenet for submissions is a plus.

• Able to start immediately or in short notice
