Job Scope:

• Find New Business: Search for and secure new commercial project opportunities in overseas markets.

• Manage Client Relationships: Build strong partnerships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, and lead project presentations and negotiations.

• Oversee Project Delivery: Manage international projects from start to finish to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

• Coordinate Teams & Resources: Lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations and coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day operations.

• Handle Budgeting & Tenders: Work closely with estimating and Quantity Surveyor (QS) teams to manage project costs, review contracts, and submit competitive tenders.

• Monitor Finances & Risks: Track project progress, manage operational risks, and oversee financial updates like claims, variations, and cost control.

• Report to Management: Prepare regular financial forecasts and progress reports for senior leadership while ensuring all local regulations and safety standards are met.

Job Requirement:

• Candidates with F&B / Restaurant from Interior Design background or relevant experiences are welcome to apply
